Refund policy

Custom Clothing & Art-Inspired Apparel

All custom clothing orders (including items made with artwork prints, special orders, or personalized designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • The only exception is if the item arrives with a manufacturer defect (such as a printing error, damaged stitching, or incorrect sizing from production).

  • Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • If approved, your item will be replaced with a product of equal or lesser value.


General Return Policy (Non-Custom Items)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at nbolden@cannaiwork.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized clothing (except manufacturer defects reported within 48 hours).

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to complete your return (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must still be in unused, original condition with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
